Support for the picture-book app "Pote Picture Books"
For the choose-your-path picture-book app "Pote Picture Books" (iOS), use the contact form too (choose "Pote Picture Books" as the app). If a purchased story does not open, tap "For parents" → "Restore purchases" while signed in with the same Apple account. To show the story on a TV, connect via an HDMI adapter or AirPlay (extended display, not mirroring): only the child-facing picture and text appear on the TV.
Common questions
- How do I invite my family? Go to Family settings → Invite to issue an invite code and share it. Codes expire and can only be used a limited number of times.
- What if I forget my password? Use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen. We'll send a code to your registered email address so you can set a new one.
- How do I delete my account? Delete it on your account page (account.potebiyori.com), opened from Settings → Delete account and data in the app. Deleting erases your own data (sign-in details, personal space and so on) immediately and for good, and it can't be undone. A family with no other members is erased as a whole, including its diary entries, photos and videos.
- How do I export my data? On your account page (account.potebiyori.com) you can export the text data for each service. Photos and videos are encrypted on your device, so save them using "Save all photos" in the app.
- Can I use the app in English? Yes. The app follows your device language by default, and you can set it explicitly under Settings and privacy → Display → Language. Members of the same family can each use a different language.
